Creating a Spa-Like Retreat

The hallway bathroom received a complete overhaul, starting with the installation of a modern soaking tub, elegant black shower fixtures, and a new window that allows just the right amount of natural light in. We replaced a single sink with a luxurious vanity setup with ample countertop space and nine drawers, providing much needed storage for all bathroom necessities.

Stunning Tile & Hardware Selections

The outdated square flooring tiles were replaced with an exquisite Maravilla Hex Marble Mosaic in “Blue Forest,” providing stunning visual impact and durability. The shower walls were adorned with Adessi Ora Beach ceramic tile, creating a serene atmosphere that feels like walking into a cloud. The vanity countertop, made from Venatino White Quartz, adds a touch of sophistication and ties the entire design together beautifully.

Innovative Storage Enhancements for a More Functional Bathroom

We enhanced storage solutions by removing the closet from the opposite side of the wall, opening up the space and replacing it with a standalone cabinetry piece by Aspect Cabinetry, providing even more storage and allowing for a more organized, clutter-free bathroom.

The Foyer: Repurposed for Storage & Safety

Previously a tripping hazard, the once narrow entryway was reimagined into a spacious and welcoming foyer. We achieved this by constructing an added wall and a new entryway closet, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics. This new widened space not only offers a more accessible entrance but also provides additional storage, making it both stylish and practical.

The entryway received a major flooring upgrade, from outdated terrazzo to contemporary ceramic tile with a matte finish. These classic and durable, ceramic tiles offer long-lasting beauty and are easy to maintain, making them the perfect addition to busy entryways.

Transforming a Living Room into a Functional Home Office

One of the standout features of this project was the transformation of the living room into a modern and sophisticated home office.

The installation of a Belldinni door marked the perfect entrance to this newly designed space. This modern door not only provides a quiet and elegant entry but also sets the tone for a professional and productive environment, ideal for working from home.
