Overview
McDrake Enterprises LLC is looking for an energetic and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our company to build and develop its sales force.
A salesperson interacts directly with customers throughout all phases of the sales process. They’re responsible for identifying a customer’s needs, pitching relevant products or services, and ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish.
The Outside Sales/Estimator will provide estimates for the costs of a job. Researching the prices of the various components involved requires the Outside Sales/Estimator to get estimates and quotes from vendors and contractors. Outside Sales/Estimator help the sales team with proposals, tracking costs, understanding the customer’s specifications, and calculating the final budget for the job. The salesperson/estimator will report to the vice president.
An Outside Sales/Estimator’s typical responsibilities include analyzing plans, bills of quantities and other project documentation in order to estimate costs. researching, sourcing, negotiating and obtaining the best prices and quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
Responsibilities:

· Build sales pipeline through cold-calling and lead generation.
· Maintain long-lasting relationships with new and returning clients.
· Manage leads and existing accounts to forecast sales revenue.
· Meet personal and team sales goals.
· Research the cost of items such as materials, transport, labor, and equipment.
· Attend all sales meetings.
Estimator:
· Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors.
· Get quotes from suppliers and contractors within a specified time frame.
· Assess the risk levels associated with a project.
· Prepare and submit quotations and details of costs for work to be done.
· Assist with bids for new contracts and support the activities of buyers.
· Monitor the costs at the different stages of a project to ensure it stays within the estimated costs.
· Ability to develop an estimate based on the scope of work followed by a proposal based on one home visit with a potential customer.
· All other assigned duties.
Qualifications:
The estimator requires a broad set of skills to be successful, including knowledge of mathematics and organizational skills. A successful estimator should have the following prerequisite skills and qualifications that include:

As a professional Carpenter levels I & II, the primary responsibility is to assist other crew members and Project Lead in the construction efforts. They should be able to read a tape measure, able to determine plumb level and square. Able to lift 60lbs.
A successful Carpenter will need to be capable of the following basic elements:
1. Arrive at the workplace on time and ready for work.
2. Wear the proper safety gear.
3. Identify hazards.
4. Understand the principles of dust mediation.
5. Understand how to upload time into Co-Construct.
6. Understand and follow directions.
7. Completed 10 OSHA training.
8. Ability to give direction to junior workers. (Level II)
9. Fill in as the Project Lead if needed. (Level II)
The following are additional duties and responsibilities that a Carpenter I should be able to do:
· Willingness to learn new skills.
· Complete work elements so that they are performed safely and within company standards.
· Work safely.
· Keep the project clean without supervision.
· Ability to work independently for a short period of time.
· Ability to confidently operate power tools, (table saw, nail guns, chop saw)
· Lay out framing of floor joist, and wall framing.
· Ability to screed concrete for footings and slab.
· Ability to mix mortar, thin set and grout following manufacturers directions.
· Ability to install cabinets with supervision.
· Ability to layout stairs and cut stringers (Level II)
· Ability to edge and float concrete. (Level II)
· Ability to layout and cut rafters. (Level II)

A Laborer, or General Laborer, is responsible for performing various tasks to aid daily operations at a construction site. Their duties include loading and unloading tools or raw materials, assembling scaffolding or other pieces of equipment and digging or filling in pits throughout the construction process.
Job Skills and Qualifications Required:
Willingness to complete on-the-job training. Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment. Outstanding attention to detail .Excellent customer service skills. Preferred High school diploma or equivalent. Previous construction and/or home renovation experience a plus.
Cut tiles and shape them properly to ensure they fit around obstacles and in tight corners and odd spaces using power and hand tools Form tile beds using concrete, plaster, mastic, cement, glue or mortar utilizing tools such as screeds, brushes and trowels Align tiles and straighten them with straightedges, levels and squares to ensure patterns are even and precise Cut, install, polish and surface granite and marble and ensure accuracy during the installation process for lasting results Prepare various surfaces for tiling with waterproofing material or lath and by cleaning the surfaces properly Create decorative wall and floor designs by laying and setting mosaic tiles in kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms Tap tiles into place carefully using tools to properly adhere tiles to the base, making sure not to break or damage tiles Follow blueprints precisely and mark and measure surfaces that need to be tiled to determine how to go about jobs

A professional Project Lead primary responsibility is to orchestrate the and manage the construction project that they are assigned. They should be able to work closely with project superintendent to execute comprehensive action plan for the project, understand the project budget and schedule. The Project Lead performs various coordinating duties such as ensuring the proper materials are on site and installed correctly. Responsible for the Safety, quality and timely execution of assigned project. The Project Lead reports to the Superintendent.
A successful Project Lead will need to manage and control the following basic elements:
1. The project is completed on time.
2. The quality levels expected are achieved.
3. The project was completed with no injuries.
4. McDrake has maintained a professional relationship with the designers and engineers.
5. McDrake has maintained a mutually beneficial relationship with all trade partners, suppliers and vendors.
6. McDrake and the client relationship was a good one.
7. The project is completed with no call backs.
The following are additional duties and responsibilities that a Project Lead should be able to do:
· Understand the project scope, Provide feedback on problems and technical hitches and develop solutions
· Understand and fluently read construction plans and execute accordingly.
· Plan and lead crew to achieve daily goals.
· Provide input to superintendent for the two week look ahead.
· Supervise the McDrake employees on the project as well as all subcontractors ensuring work is performed in accordance with project documents.
· Take daily photos and upload to coconstruct project folder.
· Perform daily report to coconstruct.
· Ability to communicate using coconstruct
· Ensuring all necessary materials are correct and properly stored.
· Direct work elements so that they are performed safely and within company standards.
· Adhere to the project schedule and implementing cost-saving measures with out compromising quality or safety.
· Manage work performed by all trade partners.
· Manage materials deliveries ensuring that the proper materials are ordered in a timely manner.
· Ability to train and lead junior crew members.
· All other assigned duties
