The Vision

The homeowners came to us with a dream: to convert their existing screened-in porch into a space they could enjoy comfortably in any weather, without losing the peaceful connection to nature they cherished. Their backyard opens up to a quiet wooded area, with frequent deer and wild turkey sightings, a variety of birds, and a beautifully landscaped pergola and garden. The goal was to make this natural view the star of the space—while also protecting it from the elements.

The Transformation

Our team got to work transforming the screened-in porch into a gorgeous four-season sunroom, complete with:

New insulation and windows for year-round weather protection
A PTAC unit (packaged terminal air conditioner) to provide heating and cooling for all-season comfort

A brand-new motorized, retractable awning installed over the adjacent patio area, providing flexible shade and weather protection with the push of a button
