Are you a skilled Carpenter ready to take your career to the next level?
McDrake Enterprises is looking for well-qualified and seriously talented Carpenters to join our crew immediately.

Key Responsibilities: As a vital member of our construction team, you’ll be working closely with our Project Leads and other crew members. Your primary duties include working safely to complete various phases of interior and exterior remodeling projects. Reporting directly to the Project Lead, you’ll play a crucial role in turning our projects into masterpieces with precision.

4. Dust Mastery: Understand and implement effective dust mitigation strategies.

6. Tech-Savvy: Navigate BuilderTrend with ease to input your time and provide daily reporting to supervisors.

7. Direction-Ready: Follow instructions and guide junior workers when needed.

8. OSHA Certified: Completed 10 OSHA training courses – safety is our priority. (Company may provide.)

9. Versatility: Step up as Project Lead when the need arises.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

A Laborer, or General Laborer, is responsible for performing various tasks to aid daily operations at a construction site. Their duties include loading and unloading tools or raw materials, assembling scaffolding or other pieces of equipment and digging or filling in pits throughout the construction process.

Job Skills and Qualifications Required:
Willingness to complete on-the-job training. Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment. Outstanding attention to detail .Excellent customer service skills. Preferred High school diploma or equivalent. Previous construction and/or home renovation experience a plus.

  • Must have dependable transportation.
  • Must be able to begin work at 8:00 am on Tuesday – Thursday and 7:30 am on Monday’s.
  • Must have basic knowledge of construction and tools.
  • Must have ability to communicate clearly in-person and via cell phone.

Cut tiles and shape them properly to ensure they fit around obstacles and in tight corners and odd spaces using power and hand tools Form tile beds using concrete, plaster, mastic, cement, glue or mortar utilizing tools such as screeds, brushes and trowels Align tiles and straighten them with straightedges, levels and squares to ensure patterns are even and precise Cut, install, polish and surface granite and marble and ensure accuracy during the installation process for lasting results Prepare various surfaces for tiling with waterproofing material or lath and by cleaning the surfaces properly Create decorative wall and floor designs by laying and setting mosaic tiles in kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms Tap tiles into place carefully using tools to properly adhere tiles to the base, making sure not to break or damage tiles Follow blueprints precisely and mark and measure surfaces that need to be tiled to determine how to go about jobs
