At Betterliving Sunrooms & Awnings of Hampton Roads—also known as Betterliving by McDrake—we specialize in creating spaces that bring the outdoors in, offering year-round enjoyment, comfort, and beauty. Our latest project in Suffolk, Virginia is the perfect example of how a simple space can be transformed into a breathtaking, four-season retreat.
The homeowners came to us with a dream: to convert their existing screened-in porch into a space they could enjoy comfortably in any weather, without losing the peaceful connection to nature they cherished. Their backyard opens up to a quiet wooded area, with frequent deer and wild turkey sightings, a variety of birds, and a beautifully landscaped pergola and garden. The goal was to make this natural view the star of the space—while also protecting it from the elements.
Our team got to work transforming the screened-in porch into a gorgeous four-season sunroom, complete with:
The result is nothing short of stunning. These homeowners now have a temperature-controlled escape that allows them to watch wildlife, sip coffee in the morning, read a book on a rainy day, or entertain guests—all while enjoying panoramic views of their wooded backyard and garden.
Whether it’s spring blossoms, summer sun, fall foliage, or a winter snow dusting, this sunroom offers a front-row seat to nature’s show—in total comfort.

At McDrake Remodeling, we believe even the smallest spaces can deliver the biggest transformations. For this Virginia Beach family, our team recently brought new life to their primary and hall bathrooms—spaces that were once dark, dated, and challenging to maintain. Now, both rooms reflect a fresh, modern style and functionality that the homeowners will enjoy for years to comee.
The homeowners came to us wanting more light, less maintenance, and a cleaner, contemporary look. Their existing bathrooms featured outdated tile with heavy grout lines—difficult to keep clean and visually cluttered. Though the bathrooms weren’t large, they dreamed of open, brighter spaces with sleek finishes and smart layouts. And that’s exactly what we delivered.
We started with a full demo of the old primary bath, carefully opening up the shower area by removing a soffit and widening the entry. This change alone brought a sense of spaciousness and welcomed in more light. A new half wall beside the toilet provided privacy without making the room feel boxed in.
To elevate the space further, we installed stunning 24” x 24” Superwhite Satin Calacatta tile on the shower walls—its clean lines and marble-like finish add timeless sophistication. The homeowners selected Responsive Industries luxury vinyl tile (LVT) flooring, known for its durability and easy maintenance.
✔️ New vanity and framed mirror
✔️ Modern lighting and recessed shower lighting
✔️ New exhaust fan
✔️ Fresh plumbing fixtures
✔️ A crisp, bright coat of paint to tie it all together
✔️ A custom DreamLine frameless shower door was installed to further enhance the feeling of openness while maintaining separation and functionality.
The result is a serene, spa-like space that feels open, bright, and beautifully modern.
In the hall bath, we carried through the same thoughtful attention to light and layout. Our team removed the soffit above the tub to visually expand the space, and we built a wall between the tub and toilet for added privacy.
Additional upgrades included:
✔️ Responsive Industries LVT flooring (installed by our Carpet Hut by McDrake team)
✔️ New toilet, vanity, and mirror
✔️ Updated lighting and fan
✔️ New plumbing fixtures
✔️ A bright, clean paint finish to complete the look
This hall bath now feels polished, welcoming, and easier than ever to maintain.

When investing in a sunroom or awning for your home, you want something that’s built to last, customized to your lifestyle, energy-efficient, and backed by a company that puts you first. That’s why more Hampton Roads homeowners are choosing Betterliving Sunrooms & Awnings of Hampton Roads — and why McDrake Remodeling is proud to be your authorized Betterliving dealer in the region.
Whether you’re comparing brands like Modern Exteriors by Design or Ecco Sunrooms, Betterliving rises to the top — and we’re here to show you why.
Betterliving uses only the highest-quality components to build sunrooms and awnings that hold up against time and the elements. Their heavy-duty aluminum and vinyl framing systems are corrosion-resistant, low-maintenance, and engineered to withstand rain, snow, wind, and intense UV rays.
Betterliving stands out with a broad range of design customization options. Whether it’s the ability to choose from a variety of frame colors, Gable Roof vs Studio Roof, or to select from a wide range of fabric patterns for awnings, Betterliving offers flexibility to match personal styles or home aesthetics. This level of customization may exceed what competitors provide in terms of both aesthetics and practical functionality.
Other companies may offer customization, but few match Betterliving’s design flexibility and structural integrity. With Betterliving, you never have to sacrifice function for form.
For awnings, Betterliving goes even further with Gore-Tenara® thread, a Teflon®-coated, fade-proof, waterproof, mildew-resistant thread that outlasts traditional stitching materials. That means fewer repairs, longer lifespan, and better appearance over time.
Gore-Tenara threads are made from 100% Teflon®-coated fibers, making them highly resistant to UV degradation. This means the threads won’t weaken or fade over time, even after years of sun exposure. For homeowners, this translates to long-lasting, vibrant awnings that continue to look great year after year.
Compare this to competitors — many of which use conventional stitching and basic frame materials — and the Betterliving difference becomes crystal clear.
Betterliving sunrooms are crafted with energy-efficient glass and insulation options that help maintain a comfortable temperature year-round. Whether it’s a 3-season or 4-season room, your space stays cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter — reducing the strain on your HVAC system and saving on energy bills.
Competitors also advertise energy-saving features, but Betterliving’s consistent focus on top-tier glazing and insulation makes it a smart, dependable investment for long-term comfort and savings.
Betterliving products are subjected to rigorous testing for wind resistance, snow load, and UV exposure. These quality control processes ensure your sunroom or awning performs as expected — even in the unpredictable Hampton Roads weather.
Other brands may promote similar durability, but Betterliving’s reputation is built on verified performance and longevity.
When you see the GOLD LABEL on Betterliving sunrooms, doors, and windows, you’re looking at a mark of superior quality and performance. This certification comes from the American Architectural Manufacturers Association (AAMA), the most trusted name in third-party window and door testing since 1962.
The Gold Label means that Betterliving products have passed rigorous standards set by the Fenestration Manufacturers Association, ensuring that every window and door meets or exceeds voluntary specifications for aluminum, vinyl (PVC), and wood materials. These standards are widely recognized—and often required—by federal, state, and local building codes.
You shouldn’t have to worry about fading fabrics or faulty components. Another factor that sets Betterliving apart is its robust warranty. For instance, Betterliving typically offers long-term warranties (sometimes lifetime), which speaks to the confidence they have in their product’s durability and performance.
Betterliving also offers an industry-best 12-year fabric warranty, providing one of the most comprehensive guarantees available in the outdoor living space.
Betterliving’s products are designed with user-friendly installation in mind. Many of their sunrooms and awnings come with systems that simplify the setup process for both contractors and homeowners. In comparison, competitors might require more complex, time-consuming installation methods, which could add to overall costs and inconvenience.
At McDrake Remodeling, we’ve built a reputation on transparency, expert craftsmanship, and treating our clients like family. As a locally owned and operated Class A General Contractor, we understand Hampton Roads homes and weather conditions better than anyone. Our team brings decades of remodeling experience — and nearly a 5-star average rating — to every project.
As the authorized Betterliving dealer in Hampton Roads, we don’t just sell these products — we stand behind them. From your initial consultation to final walkthrough, you can count on clear communication, detailed workmanship, and a sunroom or awning you’ll enjoy for years.

After completing a breathtaking first-floor renovation, our clients in Suffolk, VA invited McDrake Remodeling back—this time to reimagine and renovate their entire second story. From a master bedroom and bathroom overhaul to a rec room glow-up and full stairway redesign, this project showcases the transformative power of thoughtful design, quality materials, and expert craftsmanship.
We’re proud to have earned our clients’ continued trust, and we’re excited to share the next chapter of this home’s journey.
This renovation started with a dated upstairs guest bathroom that was completely reconfigured to improve both form and function. We relocated the toilet, removed the single vanity, and installed a sleek double vanity sink. A spacious new 60” x 34” walk-in shower was added, featuring custom tile work throughout, including a built-in niche for convenience.
A standout design element? The herringbone Grigio mosaic tile on the shower floor and niche—paired with a stunning custom glass shower door that adds a touch of modern elegance. The tile flooring throughout the bathroom completes the sophisticated look.
The master bedroom underwent a major rework. One of the biggest transformations was the removal of a large Grecian column awkwardly placed in the center of the room. We replaced it with a brand-new support wall, opening up the layout while improving functionality and structural integrity.
New doors and updated hardware were installed, and we reconfigured several to swing in a more functional direction. The space was brightened with a fresh coat of matte white paint to match the first floor, creating continuity throughout the home.
Upstairs, the lounge area received a makeover that redefines cozy sophistication. A dated, carpet-clad Jacuzzi tub (yes, really!) was removed to make room for a custom kitchenette and coffee bar—complete with navy blue cabinetry, quartz countertops, a sink, and tile flooring. The updated space offers the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee while taking in the view. We also refreshed the fireplace surround with new paint and custom trim, completing the space with a touch of charm and polish.
Our Carpet Hut by McDrake installation team took on a big task—laying down approximately 920 square feet of At Home / Extraordinaire / Smoked Quartz carpet across the upper bedrooms, closets, hallways, and the stairs leading to the second floor.
To tie the look together with the first floor, we stained the stairs to match the white oak LVP on the first floor, creating a seamless transition between levels.
The original banister was removed and replaced with a modern aluminum railing system, mirroring the updated style and clean lines of the downstairs renovation.
Lighting updates played a big role in the overall aesthetic. Outdated fixtures were swapped for sleek chrome sconces, chandeliers, and other modern lights that enhance the overall brightness and elegance of the upstairs.
We’re incredibly grateful to these wonderful clients for choosing McDrake Remodeling again. The trust they placed in our team to bring their vision to life—on both floors of their home—means the world to us. We don’t take that trust lightly.
McDrake Remodeling is the best! From the design and planning stage to completion - the staff were knowledgeable and professional at all times. The work was excellent, and I am more than please with the results; I am ecstatic! They remodeled my whole first floor including removing walls, adding bathrooms and a whole new kitchen. It was a huge job and they made me very comfortable throughout the entire process.

McDrake Remodeling recently completed a stunning kitchen remodel in the Cromwell Farms neighborhood of Norfolk, VA. Our design and construction team worked closely with the homeowners to open up the space, reimagine the layout, and deliver a kitchen that blends modern functionality with serene, sophisticated style.
The original kitchen layout included a closed-off bar top and wall that limited flow and natural light. By removing these barriers, we completely opened up the floor plan and created a seamless transition between the kitchen and the rest of the home — perfect for cooking, entertaining, and gathering with family and friends.
Gone are the old tile floors that were hard to maintain due to textured grout. In their place, we installed 24” x 24” Florida Tile Tempo glazed porcelain tile in Dark Gray, creating a marbled, natural stone look that’s both modern and easy to clean — a dream for high-traffic kitchen areas.
The cabinetry design balances contrast and cohesion. We used Green Forest Cabinets from the Park Place collection in Smoked Cashew for the kitchen island and upper cabinets, paired with Green Forest Park Place cabinets in Bianco for the base cabinets and pantry. The combination gives the space depth and warmth, while Jeffrey Alexander Belcastel hardware adds an elegant finishing touch.
We installed recessed lighting throughout and added statement pendants above the island and sink, giving the kitchen a soft, ambient glow while keeping it well-lit for everyday tasks and entertaining.
To enhance both functionality and ambiance, we installed discreet under-cabinet lighting that provides a soft, continuous glow across the countertops. This lighting not only brightens up workspaces for food prep but also highlights the beautiful finishes of the MSI quartz surfaces and custom cabinetry. It’s a subtle yet impactful upgrade that adds warmth and depth to the overall kitchen design.
The newly designed kitchen island and custom hood are now the centerpiece of the space. We included a cooktop, secondary oven, and MSI Surfaces Cashmere Carrara quartz countertops, offering a timeless surface that ties the design together with clean elegance.
We carved out a built-in nook for a custom coffee and wine bar, featuring Shiloh Cabinetry white oak floating shelves, a beverage sink, and a stunning Daltile Divinium Zion Picket tile wall — the true statement piece of the room. It’s a beautiful and functional space perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.
If your kitchen is feeling dated or disjointed, it might be time for a fresh start. At McDrake Remodeling, we offer free in-home estimates and showroom appointments to help bring your vision to life. Our designers will guide you through selecting cabinetry, countertops, flooring, and backsplash materials to fit your aesthetic and budget.

When our client imagined her ideal home upgrade, she envisioned a bright, comfortable space where she could relax year-round with her family—and give her beloved rescue cats a cozy place to sunbathe safely. Her existing wooden deck had served its purpose, but it couldn’t keep out the heat, humidity, or unpredictable weather. So, she turned to Betterliving Sunrooms & Awnings of Hampton Roads to bring her vision to life.
To begin, we removed the weathered deck and poured a new concrete patio, and built a new deck to create a solid base for a brand-new Betterliving 4-season studio sunroom and adjoining patio. We enclosed the space with reinforced vinyl construction and Argon-filled, Low-E insulated glass, ensuring year-round comfort and energy efficiency.
To make the sunroom fully livable in all weather, we installed a PTAC unit (Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner)—perfect for easily heating and cooling the room regardless of the season. We also added lattice skirting around the base for a clean, finished look that blends beautifully with the home’s exterior.
To complete the transformation, our Carpet Hut by McDrake team installed gorgeous waterproof flooring from Eastern Flooring Products’ Shenandoah Collection. This high-performance flooring not only looks stunning with its natural wood-grain finish, but it also stands up to the everyday wear and tear of pets, family life, and changing weather conditions.
Now, the sunroom serves as a warm and peaceful retreat for the homeowner and her furry companions. Whether it’s enjoying a book on a sunny afternoon or sipping tea while her cats nap by the windows, it’s a new favorite spot for everyone in the family.
Behind every beautiful Betterliving by McDrake sunroom is a dedicated crew of craftsmen who bring vision to life with skill, care, and integrity. Our construction team is the heart of every project — showing up on time, working through tough weather, and treating every home with the respect it deserves.
From the initial demo to the final trim, their attention to detail is second to none. They take pride in doing things right — measuring twice, cleaning up daily, and making sure every element of the build meets our high standards (and yours).
We couldn’t be more thrilled with how this transformation turned out. What was once an exposed deck is now a beautiful, functional 4-season sunroom that can be enjoyed year-round — no matter what Hampton Roads weather brings.
A Betterliving 4-season sunroom isn’t just an upgrade—it’s a transformation. Here’s what makes it the smart, stylish choice:
✅ Insulated tempered glass with Low-E and Argon-fill for energy efficiency and year-round comfort
✅ Reinforced vinyl construction that’s strong, low-maintenance, and built to last
✅ Heavy-duty roofing options including studio or A-frame styles
✅ Color-matched gutters and handles for a sleek, custom look
✅ Built-in electrical raceways that meet local code for outlets, lighting, and fans
✅ 50-year manufacturer’s warranty backed by Craft-Bilt, an industry leader since 1946
You’ll get all the added space and comfort of a traditional addition—at a fraction of the cost.

In the historic Talbot Park neighborhood of Norfolk, we had the pleasure of transforming a 1940s home into a timeless and functional retreat for a modern family. With a focus on refined materials and thoughtful design, we brought new life to the upstairs bathroom, first-floor powder room, and second-floor playroom — each space blending modern convenience with a relaxed, coastal-inspired aesthetic.
Working with the original layout of the upstairs bathroom, we leaned into the room’s unique footprint and created a serene, light-filled space with a timeless finish. The flooring and shower feature polished Bianco Carrara honeycomb tile, while the wainscoting and shower walls are finished in vertical offset Blanco Carrara tile, giving a soft architectural feel.
A compact Kohler Cimarron toilet—round front for space efficiency—proves that smaller rooms can be just as elegant as larger ones. The lighting, a Visual Comfort Ellis bath light, casts a warm glow over this balanced blend of modern, traditional, and transitional elements. Walls were painted in Sherwin Williams Pure White for a clean, airy finish.
Though compact, this bathroom is full of thoughtful details and luxury finishes. Small spaces offer the perfect opportunity to elevate design with high-quality materials and fixtures.
For the second-floor playroom (often called the FROG—Finished Room Over Garage), we created a playful yet polished space that balances design with durability. We removed old carpet and wallpaper, replacing it with Grandview Layland LVP by Eastern Flooring Products, a resilient and stylish flooring choice ideal for active kids.
Walls were dressed in Thibaut grasscloth wallpaper, lending subtle texture and coastal character, while the trim was painted Sherwin Williams Shiitake for warmth and contrast. Overhead, the Visual Comfort Helios Semi-Flush Mount light fixture adds a clean, modern look with just the right amount of charm. It’s now a cheerful and cozy space where the children can play, grow, and make memories for years to come.
This space now balances playfulness and polish—perfect for making memories and hosting everything from LEGO towers to cozy movie nights.
The first-floor powder room is a standout example of how small spaces can shine with the right materials and details. Just because a room is compact doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be luxurious — in fact, these are the perfect places to invest in a few elevated finishes that make a big impact.
We installed Carrara marble herringbone tile on the floor for an elegant, timeless foundation. The client crafted a stunning custom walnut vanity, topped with ISG’s Calacatta Oro quartz. A showstopping Kohler Artist Editions Derring sink in Bluestone Rutile adds texture and artistry, paired with a Signature Hardware Greyfield faucet in chrome.
The finishing touches include Visual Comfort Camille sconces, a Pottery Barn Louise Rectangular Wall Mirror, and Thibaut grasscloth wallpaper that adds warmth and dimension. The powder room beautifully marries traditional materials, transitional lighting, and modern fixtures — a perfect example of thoughtful layering in design.
With a blend of traditional materials, transitional lighting, and modern plumbing fixtures, the result is a space that feels elevated, layered, and cohesive.
This Norfolk, VA home remodel is the perfect example of how McDrake Remodeling combines thoughtful design, timeless materials, and expert craftsmanship to elevate every room—no matter the size. At McDrake Remodeling, we specialize in transforming homes throughout Hampton Roads with craftsmanship, creativity, and intention. In this stunning home remodeling project, our design-build team delivered a fresh and functional new layout featuring a show-stopping kitchen remodel, a beautifully efficient laundry room renovation, and a sophisticated fireplace and custom entertainment center—all inspired by the 2023 Southern Living Idea House by Laura Hodges and perfectly executed by our inhouse design team.
Our client came to us with a clear design vision: create a light-filled, elevated kitchen that combines classic finishes with a contemporary edge. We began by removing two interior walls—one between the kitchen and hallway, the other between the kitchen and dining room—to open up the space and dramatically improve flow.
At McDrake Remodeling, our expert design team is dedicated to bringing each client’s unique vision to life. From the first consultation to final walkthrough, we guide homeowners through a personalized, full-service remodeling experience. For this project, we used detailed 3D renderings to help the client visualize the layout and finishes before construction began. Our team conducted on-site visits to ensure every detail aligned with the design goals, and welcomed the client to our showroom to explore and select materials firsthand. This hands-on, collaborative approach allows us to deliver spaces that are not only beautiful, but truly tailored to each homeowner’s lifestyle and inspiration.
Transforming this home meant more than just new finishes—it required reimagining the entire layout to create better flow, functionality, and natural light. We removed walls, restructured spaces, and thoughtfully planned every detail to support the homeowners’ vision. During the construction phase, our team worked meticulously to ensure structural integrity while making room for modern updates like built-in appliances, clever storage solutions, and a spacious open-concept design.
Check out the gallery below for a behind-the-scenes look at the transformation, including before photos and in-progress shots that show just how far this space has come.
The new kitchen features custom beaded inset cabinets in white oak, topped with stacked upper cabinets with glass inserts and matching cabinetry panel doors for the pantry. We carried the warmth of the cabinetry into the space with a wood-wrapped beam and stained new hardwood flooring to perfectly blend with the home’s original floors.
Brass and black metal hardware complement clean quartz countertops, a stainless steel workstation sink, and a sleek pot-filler. Built-in appliances, pull-out trash, lazy susan cabinets, and tall tower storage (expertly designed to hide a structural column) make this kitchen not only beautiful but exceptionally functional.
Kitchen Remodel highlights:
One of the most striking features of this remodel is the custom white oak cabinetry, designed to bring warmth, texture, and timeless appeal to the space. Crafted with beaded inset doors and elegant furniture base detailing, these cabinets feel more like fine furniture than standard built-ins. The natural wood tones add softness and richness, balancing beautifully with the sleek quartz countertops and metal finishes. Stacked upper cabinets with glass inserts offer both style and storage, while under-cabinet lighting enhances visibility and highlights the wood’s natural grain. This cabinetry design is a perfect example of elevated simplicity—clean, classic, and endlessly versatile.
Sleek and streamlined, the built-in appliances in this kitchen are seamlessly integrated into the custom cabinetry for a polished, high-end look. But it’s the thoughtful storage features that truly elevate the functionality of the space.
Hidden top-drawer shelves offer discreet organization for smaller items like utensils and kitchen tools, keeping countertops clutter-free. Deep drawers make storing pots, pans, and small appliances effortless, while a pull-out trash cabinet and lazy susan corner units ensure every inch of space is maximized. It’s a smart blend of form and function—designed for the way families really live.
This kitchen blends durability and design with stunning quartz countertops that offer the look of natural stone with none of the maintenance. Resistant to stains, scratches, and heat, quartz is a top choice for busy households—and its smooth, consistent surface adds a touch of modern elegance to the space.
Complementing the countertops is a mix of brass and black hardware and lighting, a trending combination that adds warmth, contrast, and a refined, designer feel. These mixed metal finishes bring depth and personality to the kitchen while tying together the contemporary and classic elements of the overall design.
One of the most transformative elements of this remodel was opening up the floor plan. By removing a load-bearing wall that once separated the kitchen from the dining room, we created a bright, spacious layout that flows seamlessly into adjacent living areas.
The result? A more connected, functional space that’s perfect for entertaining and everyday family life. This open-concept design not only makes the kitchen feel larger and more inviting, but also allows for better movement and natural light throughout the home—truly elevating the entire first floor.
Every detail in this kitchen was designed with functionality in mind. The addition of a pot-filler above the range is a true game-changer, making it easy to fill large pots without heavy lifting or trips to the sink. Deep drawers offer generous space for storing cookware and small appliances, keeping them within easy reach but out of sight.
Smart storage touches—like hidden top-drawer shelves, a pull-out trash cabinet, tall pantry towers, and corner lazy susans—maximize efficiency without sacrificing style. It’s a kitchen where beauty meets everyday practicality.
Another standout feature of this remodel is the custom pantry, thoughtfully designed to maximize storage while maintaining the kitchen’s clean and cohesive look. Hidden behind cabinetry panel doors, the pantry blends effortlessly with the surrounding custom white oak cabinets. Inside, there’s ample space for dry goods, small appliances, and everyday essentials—keeping countertops clutter-free and everything within easy reach. It’s a perfect blend of form and function, offering discreet storage without sacrificing style.
This kitchen remodel in Norfolk, Virginia blends elevated simplicity with thoughtful design details—bringing our client’s dream kitchen to life.
McDrake Remodeling carried the same aesthetic into the laundry room for a cohesive and polished look. The space now features luxury vinyl tile (LVT) flooring, custom white oak cabinetry, and sleek gunmetal hardware.
Designed with everyday functionality in mind, the laundry room includes a folding surface over the washer and dryer, a built-in drying rod, open shelves, and a laundry basket cubby. It’s a streamlined and serene space that makes laundry feel a little more luxe.
Laundry Room Features:
The laundry room in this remodel was thoughtfully designed to reflect the same elevated simplicity and warmth as the kitchen. Featuring the same custom white oak cabinetry with beaded inset detailing, the space feels cohesive and beautifully connected to the rest of the home. Gunmetal hardware and LVT flooring offer both durability and modern appeal, while smart additions like a built-in folding counter, laundry basket cubby, drying rod, and open shelving make the room as functional as it is stylish. It’s proof that utility spaces can still feel polished, pulled-together, and intentionally designed.
For this remodel, we selected Pergo Luxury Vinyl Tile in “City Road” from the Tile Options Collection—a smart, stylish choice that delivers the sophisticated look of real tile with all the practical benefits of luxury vinyl. These floors are waterproof, dent-proof, pet-proof, and built with enhanced scratch protection, making them perfect for busy households.
This laundry room proves that utility can be beautiful. Designed with everyday function in mind, it features custom white oak cabinetry that offers ample storage, keeping supplies neatly tucked away. Under-cabinet lighting adds both visibility and style, while a built-in sink makes pre-treating stains a breeze. A drying rod and a folding area above the machines create a seamless workflow, and dedicated cubbies provide space for laundry baskets and additional essentials. Every element was carefully planned to deliver maximum functionality—without compromising the warm, cohesive design aesthetic carried over from the kitchen.
The heart of the living room got a stunning upgrade with a renovated fireplace and a custom-built entertainment center that perfectly balances function and style. Framed by clean lines and thoughtfully designed shelving, the entertainment center offers ample space for books, decor, and media—making it both a statement piece and a practical solution.
The new fireplace surround adds warmth and ambiance, creating the perfect backdrop for cozy evenings at home. And no one appreciates the new setup more than the family’s beloved dog, Moose, who’s claimed the hearth as his favorite new lounging spot. It’s a cozy, stylish retreat the whole family (paws included) loves.
At McDrake Remodeling, we pride ourselves on listening closely to our clients’ goals and bringing their vision to life with expert craftsmanship and thoughtful design.
